dirty air conditioning

i was absolutely appalled. the so-called "deluxe" room had clogged drains, and the bath towels were stained—definitely not what i expected. after enduring all this, i couldn't even receive a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. it’s funny how i almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i remembered the filthy air conditioner that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

helpful staff

the bay hotel hurghada marina has an ideal location close to the airport and surrounded by bars and restaurants. breakfast was very good, and the staff went above and beyond to help us, even arranging a room for us to shower before our late transfer. overall, it provides great value.
